Affordable hotel in a convenient location. Quiet street. Comfortable bed, great shower, and good-sized bathroom. Friendly and attentive staff, especially Amina and Hatim who went the extra mile to assist us. Personal service made us feel welcome and at home in Paris. Flexible payment schedule. Coffee and tea available all day.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Gare de l'Est, easy for me to explore the city using the train and metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, not just in my room but throughout the entire hotel. The staff was helpful and spoke English fluently. The air conditioning in my room was excellent, allowing me to have a comfortable and peaceful sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located in a local unpolished area, close to three metro stations and within easy reach of the main train stations. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with wifi and a big and comfy bed. The bathroom is clean, although the shower space may be a bit small. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is professional. There are several good restaurants and cafes nearby for dining options, and the breakfast is satisfactory.
The elevator in the hotel is quite small.

This hotel in a convenient district of Paris exceeded my expectations. The location is superb, with two major railway stations within walking distance and being practically in the center of the city. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices for the facilities offered. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a good-sized en-suite bathroom equipped with an air conditioning unit, ensuring a pleasant and cool atmosphere during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was simple but tasty, providing a good start to the day.

We were actually surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at Hotel Soft. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore the major sights of the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, overall we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.
